EHS Parent & Community Reps Needed to Shape the Future of Ephrata Schools
Posted Date: 10/20/26 (05:00 PM)
Help Shape the Future of Ephrata Schools!
What do we want every Ephrata High School graduate to know, be able to do, and carry with them when they leave EHS? That's a BIG question, and we want YOUR voice to help answer it!
Ephrata School District is partnering with the North Central Educational Service District (NCESD) to develop a new strategic plan that will help guide the future of our schools. We're starting by creating a Portrait of a Graduate: a shared vision of the knowledge, skills, and qualities we want every Tiger to develop.
We're looking for EHS parents/guardians and community members who would like to serve on our Strategic Planning Committee! This group will bring together students, staff, families, and community members to help shape our district's priorities and direction for years to come.
Meeting Details:
- When: One Monday evening per month, November through May (7 meetings total)
- Time: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
- Where: Ephrata Middle School Library
- Dinner: Provided at each meeting!
- Our first meeting is Monday, November 2!
A school district's vision for the future shouldn't be created by educators alone. It should reflect the hopes, experiences, and priorities of the entire community we serve.
Interested in being part of the conversation? Or know a community member who may be interested? Please reply to this message or contact the EHS office to let us know!
