EPHRATA HIGH SCHOOL

We are unified in bridging KIDS and their LEARNING

Reminder: Friday, October 16, is a Tiger Day!

Posted Date: 10/14/26 (05:00 PM)

From getting help in a challenging class to trying something new, Tiger Days give students opportunities to learn, connect, and grow!

Here’s a sampling of what’s available this Friday:
  • Student Voice: During homeroom, students will review our student climate survey results and help identify ways to improve our school. They’ll have opportunities to share ideas, solve problems together, and take a leadership role in making EHS a place where every student feels welcome, connected, and supported.
  • Get Support: Help will be available in math, English, science, social studies, and Spanish; there will be assessment makeups; study halls; Learning Center support; and GEAR UP tutoring.
  • Get Creative: There are lots of opportunitiies in open art, watercolor painting, yarn pumpkins, fall garlands, mini pumpkin decorating, Canva creations, and smartphone photography.
  • Get Moving: Volleyball, 3-on-3 basketball, weights, walking the track, and cornhole.
  • Explore and Get Involved: Aviation, engineering and business labs, CyberPatriot, Math Team, Speech and Debate, Mythbusters, eSports, and club meetings.
We’ll also come together for our main Homecoming assembly of the week to prepare for homecoming !

Please remember that Tiger Days are regular school days. Attendance is expected, and students must attend home room, as well as their scheduled sessions, including assigned academic interventions. Both academic support and enrichment are important parts of the school day!

How can families help? Review your student’s Tiger Day schedule together tonight, help them plan to arrive on time, and ask: “What support do you need, and what are you excited to participate in?”

Thank you for helping our Tigers make the most of these opportunities!
